Just finished a re-fi with Tom several years after he helped me to finance my home originally. Tom is really committed to helping the home buyer and I appreciate all that he's done for me - both times I got a very good rate, which obviously is a good thing. Having gone through the mortgage process several times before 2000, I have been very frustrated at times by the changes in the process that have become commonplace in recent years. In this regard, Tom has been very patient with me during the more stressful times, and I appreciate that a lot. At the same time, I dropped my rating just a smidge because the requests for information at times seemed to just keep coming...sometimes with such an urgency that was hard to address. These frustrations may have been the fault of the process and the underwriters - not Tom - but the annoyance the process generated obviously lingers. Having said this, I nonetheless greatly appreciate Tom's patience and, of course, his help in getting me a very good interest rate and very reasonable closing costs.

Thomas Turner helped me to refinance my home not once, but TWICE. Each time Thomas made the process very easy for me. And in the end he successfully reduced my monthly mortgage payment. Thomas was professional and respectful with great follow through. I would not hesitate to recommend him and would be pleased to use him again should I need his help.

We were recommended to talk to Thomas before we worked with anyone else on our home loan and it was the best choice we could have made.
