I hesitate to give an unqualified excellent - mostly because the application process has changed (probably for the better) since I last financed a home, and the degree of details needed seemed a tad ridiculous at times. However, despite my complaints, Mr. Turner remained good humored, and continued to help me get the best rates and become a satisfied customer. When we first went to Tom Turner, he was so positive. We didn't believe him that we would be able to buy a home, especially in the short time frame he said that we could do it.
